It’s the kind of work that only functions if nobody stops to ask who actually gets to decide what counts as a problem worth erasing, and Finn clearly hasn’t been asking. That changes the moment his newest assignment turns out to be himself. The setup digs into memory, identity, and how easy it is to justify erasing someone else right up until the system turns its attention on you.

Ariganello is the founder of Pesto Comics, which he started in Toronto in 2023, and he writes most of what the publisher puts out, including From Parts Unknown and Naked Kaiju Woman, so this looks like a pretty direct showcase of his voice as a storyteller. It’s a genuinely varied catalog for a small publisher, and that range makes us want to keep an eye on whatever they put out next.
