From dark thrillers to superhero crossovers and supernatural epics, there’s something to suit every reader’s taste. Here’s our lineup of must-read comic debuts for the month!

Absolute Flash – DC Comics
The story: A young Wally West navigates his powers without the Speed Force or a Flash family to guide him.
Why we’re intrigued: Jeff Lemire writing an Absolute series? We’re all in.

Crush Depth – Mad Cave Studios
The story: Two brothers battle for control of a nuclear submarine in a world altered by climate change. As an alien force infiltrates, Science Officer Liana Pearson must choose between surfacing to a toxic world or facing the crushing depths of the abyss.
Why we’re intrigued: The high-stakes, claustrophobic setting makes this story feel like a tense thriller.

Dark Pyramid – Mad Cave Studios
The story: Becca retraces her missing boyfriend’s steps on Mt. Denali and stumbles upon a dark conspiracy beneath the mountain. Between terrifying avalanches and monstrous threats, Becca faces a battle for survival.
Why we’re intrigued: The mix of mystery, adventure, and survival horror has us hooked!

DC x Sonic the Hedgehog – DC Comics
The story: Darkseid invades Sonic’s world in search of ultimate power, but Sonic and his friends get help from the Justice League. Together, they’ll face the monstrous forces of Apokolips in this unique crossover event.
Why we’re intrigued: We love fun, quirky crossovers, and this one seems to be right up our alley!

Doctor Strange of Asgard – Marvel Comics
The story: Doctor Strange lost the title of Sorcerer Supreme to Doctor Doom. Now, he heads to Asgard for a potential new purpose, but Loki’s help comes with complications. Strange’s quest to become Asgard’s magical protector may be more dangerous than expected.
Why we’re intrigued: We enjoy Doctor Strange, and this take on him sounds fresh and honestly, quite exciting.

Endeavour – DSTLRY
The story: A luxury tourism trip aboard a near-replica of the HMS Endeavour takes a dark turn when seven children are left stranded, fighting for survival at sea as they unravel the real threat: each other.
Why we’re intrigued: Written by Stephanie Phillips, whose work we’re big fans of, and described as a perfect fit for fans of Yellowjackets. Definitely intrigued! And yes, it was in our February picks but the release was pushed.

Far Down Below – Mad Cave Studios
The story: In the summer of 1983, Mike and Brian explore a haunted family home in Pennsylvania. What they uncover beneath the house opens the door to an unexpected and dangerous adventure.
Why we’re intrigued: A creepy, haunted-house story written by Chris Condon (Ultimate Wolverine)? We’re here for it.

Secret Six – DC Comics
The story: After the Justice League’s return and Amanda Waller’s imprisonment, Dreamer, Jon Kent, and Jay Nakamura discover Waller has mysteriously vanished. They form an uneasy alliance with supervillains Catman, Deadshot, and Black Alice to find her. The stakes are high as they uncover a larger plot and battle their own secrets along the way.
Why we’re intrigued: We love Jon, Jay, and Dreamer, so we’re really curious about this one. And yes, we really miss the Superman: Son of Kal-El series.

Universal Monsters: The Mummy – Image Comics
The story: Helen Grosvenor, haunted by a cursed childhood, returns to an Egyptian dig site and unknowingly becomes central to the resurrection of The Mummy.
Why we’re intrigued: We adored the other recent Universal Monsters series, so we have high hopes for this one.

Vampirella – Dynamite
The story: Vampirella’s stolen baby is returned to her, but she hasn’t bonded with him. A mysterious visitor from the future warns that unless she changes her fate, she will bring about the apocalypse as the Witch of Ashthorne.
Why we’re intrigued: This relaunch could be our chance to finally follow Vampirella, and the story sounds compelling.

We’re Taking Everyone Down with Us – Image Comics
The story: After her father’s death at the hands of the world’s greatest spy, 13-year-old Annalise is left alone, except for her father’s robot bodyguard. She must decide whether to live a normal life or seek revenge.
Why we’re intrigued: Revenge stories always catch our attention, and this one feels especially intense!

You’ll Do Bad Things – Image Comics
The story: True crime author Seth Holms has struggled to write since chronicling the Nursery Rhyme Killer’s murders. Now, the violent tales in his mind are coming to life, and he’s at the center of a terrifying new reality.
Why we’re intrigued: This thriller feels like it will be full of dark twists and psychological tension, which we loooove!
